Invisibility is intriguing, but flying I think would give me more freedom.
Isaac’s future painting would be nice but only if I could narrow my drawings down to lotto numbers & stock reports. I don’t want to know about coming deaths and disasters.
Given that Sylar’s telekinetic ability let him stop bullets and send them back where they came from, it’s a tossup between that and insta-heal. The deciding factor would have to be whether or not the cheerleader is actually immortal and at what point her physical aging would stop.
On second thought, while immortality is tempting, given the increasing use of computer records and such, it’s going to be near impossible to keep your existence a secret and it’d really suck to end up in some experimental lab being tortured to death over and over, only to keep rebounding. The telekinesis at least gives you a weapon you can use for escape.
Trouble is, no one ability is going to be sufficient, because those of us raised on comic-book adventures already know how to seek out and exploit weaknesses so we dwell on the potential downside to each power. You might say we’re over-prepared.

I vote for whatever power Hiro’s father ends up having. Whatever it is, you just know it is going to be good.
I would take Candace’s power for sure. The ability to be beautiful or ugly or someone else at will… I would love that
But if we’re restricting it to the main people, I think I would go with flying. Because from what I’ve seen so far, it looks like he goes really fast. And I think it would kick so much ass to be able to take a weekend trip to Iceland and then swing by Australia on my way home.

Hmm…first Steve Wynn and go cash some money at his casino…then become few Hollywood hunks and hit the Gay bars…maybe turn into George Bush and screw around with his staff and make some policy changes…and every once in awhile, turn into one of the UFC fighters and kick some ass in the parking lot.

Perception is 9/10ths of reality. You could make anything happen by casting an illusion to get what you need and then ease the subject back to reality and leave with your loot.
When I was younger I would have said flying, and that would still be really cool, but nowadays, given the mess the world is in, I’d say mind control. I think I could do a lot of good in Washington and Baghdad, in particular.

With the choices given I’d say Claire’s regen powers first, mind control second. But if I had such powers I’d definitely keep it a secret.
I want to say that I’d take the kid’s machine-communicating powers. But I really really would want to fly.
