If you had to be a cartoon character, who would it be?

I’d be Hobbes. He gets to take part in all the adventures, but never gets in trouble!

I’m ashamed to say I don’t know her name, but the ultra-cool warrior chick from ‘Heavy Metal.’ Absolutely.

Or the secretary–the one with the garters?

It would be too cliche to say “one of Fritz the Cat’s friends” so I dont say it.
I ll be Eyore.

Struuter, you crack me up.

I want to be any of the characters from Gargoyles. That was such a tight cartoon and had such an incredible cast and storyline. Might be that I like it so much cause I’m a Trekkie and an Arturian Legend nut. Oh well. That’s my answer.

I would kill to be Daffy Duck.

Woo-hoo! Woo-hoo! Woo-hoo!

I’ll be the fluttery old-maid chicken who chases Foghorn Leghorn around.

“Oh, mah—a MAY-un!”

I’d be Pepe le Pew in a heartbeat. I would love to have that level of confidence.

It’s Bugs Bunny for me. He has all of the best lines.

Fred, so I could get busy with Daphne in the back of the Mystery Machine.

Johnny Quest, need I say more.

I’d like to be Rita, the singing cat from Animaniacs.
Great voice and lots of sass.

I have to second this one. Calvin and Hobbes is still my favorite comic. God, I miss them.

I would have to go with Anastasia, from the historically inaccurate but smashing nonetheless animated film of the same name. She’s feisty, beautiful, independent, intelligent, and she gets to wear a tiara every once in a while. Plus, I have a thing for Dimitri.

we dont have an inspector gadget yet???
Did nobody of you grow up in the 80s???

Yosemite Sam, so I could be the Rootenist, Tootenest Cowboy in ALLLLLLL the land!

::shooting both guns down into the ground until it lifts my feet off the ground::

Actually I’d rather be Calvin, not Hobbes. I loved his snowmen. Remember the snowgoons? OI built one in my parent’s backyard and folks walking by didn’t even ask what it was, they just said “oh, you’re building a snowgoon!”

(in an aside, to Eve, the name of the old maid chicken is Miss Prissy)

Dammit, Corrado, you stole mine! Daffy Duck, all the way.

“Oh, you can’t bounce a meatball,
Though try with all your might,
Turn up the radio,
I want to fly a kite!”

Yeah, I could easily be her too, since I’m like her in real life. :^)

In real life I’m most similar to Jane Lane from Daria: artsy, gets the guys, slightly antisocial, intelligent, cool sense of fashion.

Clearly, the most appropriate choice for me would be Ape, the gorilla with the Ronald Coleman voice, from George of the Jungle.

Bugs Bunny. No, wait, Panthro from the ThunderCats! No, wait, Dexter from Dexter’s Laboratory! No, wait, Spider-Man!

Ooooh, I HATE this …
