If I must, bleu cheese.
Add me to the chorus of “I prefer mine unstuffed”.

OK, I remember now. Harry&David had some huge green olives stuffed with prosciutto and bleu cheese, packed in oil.
I reject your hypothetical and substitute my own.
Why yes, thanks, I’m glad “unpitted kalamata” is the very first choice in the poll, since that’s my choice (and the correct choice of any discerning olive lover). I’ll take that entire large jar, please.
(All the other choices, as stuffed Spanish olives, are fine. They’re all a distant second place to the real olive.)
I would say even more so black olives and anchovies, but either way works.
Another vote for bleu cheese - and I’ll have a glass of red Zinfandel with it.
Wicked combination - absolute perfection.
What are these “jars” you speak of? I prefer Castelvetrano green olives from the deli. Buttery, smooth and large enough to be satisfying.
Although I’ve never tried the anchovy stuffed olives, so I can’t swear I wouldn’t like them better.
^ Yep. Kalamatas. No stuffing. Food of the gods.
I voted Blue Cheese, because I had to choose, but it’s a toss-up with that or Garlic.
Blue cheese, although I like anchovy-stuffed olives quite a bit.
One day I thought: I’m a Doper; I should make my own superior anchovy-stuffed olives at home! Bought a big jar of pitted green olives and a can of anchovies, stuffed fish into fruit, and holy Jesus were they disgusting. The store-bought kind are filled with some kind of anchovy purée, and whole anchovies did not substitute well.
But hey, don’t take my word for it. Give it a try.
I think the complete opposite is true for bleu cheese stuffed olives. The ones that you buy already stuffed in the jar have allowed the brine to leach the “bleu cheese flavor element” out of them and aren’t NEARLY as good as making them yourself with a good, say Stilton Bleu. Just buy a jar stuffed with pimentos, push the pimentos out with something small, roll fresh bleu cheese into a cylinder with your fingers and stuff them yourself. Best with a dirty martini. Best martini EVER.
Oh man, Anchovy stuffed
I know you’re not really sending me any, but i enjoyed the idea of them anyways.
Because that is the catch/point of this poll “You have to have it stuffed with something if you want olives…so which would you choose?”
It’s like threads I’ve made before that were similar to this, like “I will buy you a burger, but it MUST come from a fast food chain” or “I will buy you a burger, but it MUST have a fried egg on it, will you still want it?”. You have to take the catch in order to have the treat that you like.
If you don’t want it stuffed with anything, I’d prefer a person just not reply to this topic.
So what you’re saying is…
“Stuff it.”
That wasn’t one of the options, I really only am looking for a choice between the five options I’ve listed.
Green - Jalapeno
Black - Onion
What? I’ve been watching the mailbox in anticipation.
Anchovy paste stuffed into a green olive makes a transcendental Martini olive. WHAM, salt n’ savory.
Costco has Garlic/Jalapeño stuffed olives that are great.
But, no love for the buttery picholine olive?
Pizza - try kalamata, feta, mozzarella and artichoke heart.
I like both the garlic and jalapeno pretty equally. I never knew there was such a thing as anchovy stuffed. I need to rectify that with some personal experience ASAP
