Me too, though I got green, yellow and blue pretty much instantly, did not get the purple link however.

Got blue quickly, the rest were equally apparent after that. It can be disappointing when they’re this easy.
Didn’t get any of Friday’s connection, closest I got was purple but only knew three of the connections
Google is the only yellow I have ever heard used as a verb
I have not used any of the greens used in this context though in hindsight am vague aware of a couple of them
Blue was one of those groups I just missed the link
I have never heard of Mien and was trying to find homophones like men and mine as I had no idea how to pronounce it.
Kinda tricky today, but I solved it. Nearly a reverse rainbow, as the cool kids would call it.

Another perfect reverse rainbow. Almost went for the red herring but decided to eliminate some other options first.

Saw yellow immediately, had to have a bit of a think about the others but not for too long.
End of the day, I rushed through it, so naturally I messed up.

Today was my 100th win in a row. I really increased my win rate when I began solving the entire puzzle before entering any answers. It helps to think of it like a Rubik’s Cube, getting one “side” is meaningless on its own.

Even though I got purple third: OFFAL and awful are not homophones in my dialect. Plus I learned I’ve been saying MIEN wrong all this time (as two syllables), though, to be honest, I don’t really use that word, perhaps for that reason. Yellow I just completely backed into. After the one away, I thought it was “standalone apps” and I unclicked YAHOO and picked PHOTOSHOP. While I bet a Yahoo app exists, I had never heard of one, and it just felt like it didn’t belong in the category. I got lucky there.
Got purple first but made mistakes. Got hit by a red herring of Birds that I am not sure was intentional or just something I saw.
I saw that, but only three really fit and one was unsatisfying. FOWL didn’t work for me because it was a general category of bird, while the others were specific birds, and usually Connections categories are neater than that. But not always.
Blue first for me today, followed by Purple, which I solved by saying offal and mien aloud.. Then I got semi-baffled by Yellow, which I thought could have five entries, but finally figured out which of those five fit with the remaining 3 (Green) clues.
Major fail for me. Completely missed them all. Only got Blue through luck. Really tough. Even Yellow was too hard.

Got 762 without too much trouble but one mistake.
I got purple immediately, it is a category I am more familiar with than most. I thought I was able to identify the actual answers from the red herrings in what turned out to be blue but turned out to be wrong. With a bit of thought got yellow and green which obviously then gave blue.

I missed on the time one, using second, minute, day and age. I then got yellow and green. I was pretty sure about blue then looked at the remaining ones, saw the NATO link and got the rest.

Purple stuck out for me. The rest took a little whittling.
Sunday’s puzzle: I question one of the words in Green, and only got Purple by default as it’s not a field I am familiar with. Still, four for four.

I did get green I know which green Guanolad is referring to but am in no position to question it As I am not an American.
Totally failed on the others, with hindsight I can see the blue link but I have not heard of any of the yellow and purple used in the context of the link.
