Who would you dress as? 
He’s not really a superhero, but he’s close enough, so I would go as Finn from Adventure Time.
The Hulk or the Thing. Something big.
Last few comic book parties I went as The Badger and Green Lantern. Might have been Usagi Yojimbo once.
We used to have yearly comic book parties. My favorites were putting the Fortress of Solitude sign on the washroom, and the time The Thing got snockered and fell down and couldn’t get up. Once we made a brick wall out of cardboard, so when you entered the living room, you did it by smashing through a brick wall. Good times.
If I were going today, I’d probably go as Lobster Johnson. I like 'em a bit obscure.

Anyway, I’ve always wanted to pull together an Adam West Batman. “You dastardly fiend! Luckily, I brought my own Bat-Olives to expose your phoney ‘Martian Martinis’ as the pale imitation that they are.”
Wait, why is it that the super heroes all wear spandex? OK, maybe not all but most of them. What’s that all about?
Oh and Wonder Woman. That would be my costume.
I once went to a Halloween party as Dr. McNinja. I probably wouldn’t do it again, as the mask made it hard to drink.
I might go as Axe Cop, but I’d have to shave off some of my facial hair. In fact, my beard would be a problem, I’d probably have to do as someone’s evil twin. Batman’s evil twin would be pretty badass. All the dedication and ingenuity of Batman with none of the moral hang ups. Or maybe I could grow a full beard and go as Thor.
So there’s your answer. Thor or Evil Twin Batman.

I have always wanted to go as Doctor Strange.
Not sure if Madame Web counts as a superheroine. And if you don’t mind villains, Destiny IIRC looked grandmotherly under her mask.
Even though she is not a good egg, as a super hero, but rather the opposite; I would still like to go dressed as cat woman.
Do the Endless count as superheroes? I was Delirium for Halloween once back in college, I’d love to do it again.
I’d hope so, because my pick would have been Dream.
The Spirit. Or maybe the Crimson Avenger.
I’d go as the Golden Age Sandman or the Shadow, but both costumes cover the mouth, so it’d be difficult to eat or drink.
