Wonder Woman
Damn you! You stole my idea!
I’ve actually gone as Quail Man for Halloween twice…the ladies love it. ![]()
Well, to avoid the embarrassment of wearing the same costume, I’ll take Artie: The Strongest Man…in the World!
Dick! ![]()
(Though i was Captain Condom one Halloween in college. )
Hmmm, what should I go as?
looks up to user name
I’d probably cobble together some retrotech stuff and go as a Son Of Ether
My writings on this board once got me an actual invitation to write a Mind article for Paradigma.
I went as Clark Kent once, with a partially unbuttoned dress shirt, & a Superman tee beneath.
Pull back the shirt for a quick change.
Less buzzcut, more hat.
With Press pass.
I am jealous!
I have made and worn:
The Spirit
Captain America
Batman
Robocop
Yojimbo
Darth Maul
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Baron Von Radium (made-up steampunk villian)
James Bond
Sherlock Holmes
Captain Kirk
Conan
The Road Warrior
Mandrake The Magician
Braveheart
Doc Savage
the Witch-King of Agmar
King Arthur
And that’s only the “superheroe-type” costumes.
This year I hope to be The Phantom, The Ghost Who Walks.
I need a life.
Howard the Duck, if I could find a suitable costume and mask.
bueno excellente.
Artie would be totally awesome for a tall, super-skinny guy.
Quailman is guaranteed to be a hit with the ladies. Especially if you can nail some of the quotes and mannerisms.
Yeah, I’m of the beard-wearing camp, too…I’m pretty much limited to about three possible heroes. Four, if you count Prince Vultan.
So it’s evil twin or maybe gender-flipped superheroine for me.
The Tick!
Kevin Matchstick. In fact, a particular friend of mine has been bugging me for… About 12 years now… To dress as a superhero for -something-. Anything. I need to figure out where I can get me one of Kevin’s t-shirts in my size…
I have been Batgirl but I really want to get a 1966 Batgirl costume. Just so darn expensive.
Photos!
Hmmm… I hate to break it to you, but Superman Underoos do not qualify as a costume.
:dubious:
Just needed saying.
I will if I ever get one.
Zatanna. Because why wouldn’t you want to dress like this?
