I’d like to thank the mods for doing their modjob. You guys and gals are alright.
And to all the dopers, too many to list, who have made me laugh or smile.
To multiple people who have improved my vocabulary, specially for words or expressions that I wouldn’t even have known how to search for (“personal union” comes to mind) or for those which are often translated wrong (our Nativities have la mula y el buey, yours have the donkey and the ox, but neither donkey means mule nor ox means steer; and yet, bilingual dictionaries do give ox for buey).
To every other member of the “hey, the rest of the world exists too! ;)” contingent.
To those whose usernames crack me up.
And to many whose life experiences are so very different from mine.

All the old Mumpers from when I first signed on; especially the mangy old Swampbear} and Soapy]. I loved reading here but I had a hard time warming up to posting until I stumbled in there.
