Conceptually, I understand the idea that Iran developing nukes is a situation that we must do something about. Even if our government is too incompetent to manage it well.
However, I think it has to be addressed that there is a reason only 2 countries are fighting to stop Iran from developing nukes, and it isn’t because all the other countries are cool with Iran having nukes.

A starting point when trying to avoid a nation wanting nukes is to not scare it so badly that it feels it definitely needs nukes.
This is something that many people in powerful nations struggle to understand - they can’t understand why it is that the more they bluster and monster and threaten a small nation about having nukes, the harder the small nation seems perversely determined to have them.
