I'm accidently a genius

I was making sourdough bread and the dough was a little too moist. I let it rise in a bread pan but it wouldn’t hold its shape. I turned it onto a stoneware quarter-sheet pan and I was really disappointed when it rose out instead of out for the second rise. Not wanting to waste it, I baked it anyways and with a great crumb and now have perfect ciabata bread for turkey sandwiches tomorrow.

Pics or it didn’t happen.

What’s that, you accidentally a whole ciabata bread?

I think your fellow bakers and cooks in Cafe Society will be most apt to be able to share your awe, so I’ll move this over there.
