I don’t know why I was gone so long, but dammit, I beez back ‘n’ stuff.
News:
11th Anniversary coming up next week. I’m taking my husband to Cirque du Soleil as a surprise and am also giving him an updated version of the Kama Sutra. Coolio foolio.
I’ve lost a total of 18.8 pounds on the Slim Fast plan. My energy is through the roof! One shake for breakfast, one for lunch and then a healthy dinner! Naw, just kidding. It was (and continues to be) Weight Watchers. And Weight Watchers works, home chicken.
I’m starting back to college in two weeks. Starting off slow with a music appreciation class. I’ve read the intro to the book and half of the first chapter. I now know the definitions of melody, tone and pitch… and I can pick out a skin flute with a whole orchestra behind it.
My parents will be here (Minnesota) within the next two weeks. They’re back in the lower forty-eight after three months in Alaska. Mom says their back for good. We’ll see. I can’t wait for my short furry girl to meet their beautiful black Lab girls.
We’ve agreed to see my in-laws for Thanksgiving, Jesus save me. Prayers will be much appreciated.

No wonder you didn’t answer the email I sent you regarding me being in MN to attend the International Cosmetology Expo(HINT HINT)! You’ve been gone!
Anyhow, I still want to hook up with you while I’m there. From what I understand, when the expo is over there is a party for the cosmetologists who attend the show, which we’ll go to (sorry! others can’t go!) but we will attend it only for a little bit then go out on the town. That’s when we could hook up! So email me and I will tell you where we plan on going, or give me a number to call to let you know when we are there.
Glad to hear things are going well on the anniversary and dieting fronts; bummer about the family holiday! Any chance you can get exposed to a nice, relaxing case of flu shortly before Thanksgiving? Or at least get a very convincing doctor’s excuse?
