Alas, no wacko-ex-boss. I wanted to throw her out and tell her off in the worst way. But I’m glad she wasn’t there to ruin the big day.
Everything went well. We had an amazing day and a wonderful honeymoon. Well, except that we got stuck in Queens yesterday. It was so windy in New York that the planes couldn’t take off. Well, they started taking off really late and we would end up stranded in Detroit because we wouldn’t be able to make any connections to our final destination. So we got a hotel in Queens for the night and took the early flight… well, it would have been the early flight if it left on time. That was delayed, so long story short, we finally got home… 22 hours after we were supposed to. Ugh.
