OK, am I missing something? I thought, as a Winnipegger (one of, to the best of my knowledge, only two on the board along with In Winnipeg) whose current mayor, Sam Katz, is running for re-election, that there was going to be something of substance (especially since I was pretty sure that most of the Dope isn’t aware of him or his policies (see above)) but … nothing??
I’m confused.
Well, if you think having a mayor who kicks children in the face isn’t a matter of substance, I guess there’s just no hope for you.

Ah. At least in Canada, our politicians aren’t wimps. Why former PM Chretien strangled a protester with his bare hands. US Presidents are such pansies they let the Secret Service do their dirty work. Katz is just continuing the long and rich heritage started by former Canadian politician Chuck Norris.
On the other hand, vote for David Kendall for school trustee! I promise to reduce my child face-kicking activities if elected.
And threaten to increase them if not.
