There is nothing anyone has ever said to me on the SDMB that I find more offensive than this implication that I am a hypocrite where free speech is concerned. I would like a retraction.

Not tangential at all, Maureen…actually, rather relevant! He’s talking about the 24/7 slave thread in MPSIMS, and it’s corresponding Pit thread. My guess is that he did not find my opinion on the matter to be open-minded enough. Which is fine, that’s his opinion. But I can assure everyone that at no time did I imply or state that anyone’s opinions on the matter be “silenced” or that anyone involved in TPE (that’s “Total Power Exchange”) has anything less than 100% right to be so involved if they so choose.
