I'm pregnant, but I fear it's doomed.

So sorry you’ve had such a traumatic time. Hopes for better days ahead.

Holy crap, EmAnJ, thank goodness you’re ok!

Thanks everyone, again, I appreciate the support.

Luckily, my mom and dad had arrived here on Tuesday for a visit so have been here the entire time, too.

I feel better today, just very, very stiff. Slept for a good nine hours last night and I don’t think I moved much.

it is just so very unfair.

i hope your recovery goes well. i hope things go well for you and your sister later this year.

I don’t know what to say except I hope you get better soon and that the IVF goes well.

What a roller coaster story. So glad you are finally on the mend.

What a mess. I’m glad you were in the hospital when it finally blew. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Oh dear! You are SO due a break…and some good luck.

Glad to hear you’re okay, sorry to hear that things turned out the way they did. Take it easy for a while - that’s got to be a heckuva stress on your body.

Man, you can’t seem to get a break. I’m grateful that you’re finally on the mend. Take gentle care of yourself.

Having experienced a ruptured ectopic pregnancy myself, I do know what you’re going through. I’m really so very sorry–I had been hoping for a better outcome for you.

I, too, lost the tube and the ovary on that side, as well as about a liter of blood abdominally. Recovery was tough, but worse was the fear of not being able to ever have a baby. Of course, everyone is different, so I can’t make any personal guarantees, but it might encourage you to know that I now have three children. I’m not trying to gloss over your pain because I know no one can (you wouldn’t believe what some people say to “comfort” you–the worst I got was “Well, at least you weren’t far enough along to have felt it move yet.”). I just hope you have your happy ending someday, too.

I’m so sorry to hear about what you’ve been through! My story was somewhat similar, though the tube hadn’t ruptured fully. I lost it and an ovary, too. I hope you take good care of yourself.
