I’m not planning on physically leaving, but after a certain point I’m going to quit working on anything and start dicking off. Actually, now is good.

That.
I hate second shift.

It being the long weekend, I skipped out at 2:30. On my way home my phone rang with a work-related call, and I answered “We’re sorry. The number you have dialed is out of service for the long weekend. Please hang up and try your call again on Tuesday.” ![]()

Gorsnak, cheers to another ToonTownian! I grew up and lived there and miss it so… I live northwest…by my location in my profile perhaps you can guess where it is ![]()
Ft Mac? I’m quite happy to enjoy the diffuse economic spinoff effects of your lil black gold rush up there from this rather comfortable distance, personally.
Boooooo! I work till 8:30pm on Fridays.
The good thing is that my English school is half of my house so I have a one-door-thick commute.
I still hate Fridays…
Oh yeah - after working all weekend last week & with rain in the forecast for this weekend, I skipped out 2 hours early — to mow the lawn.
(party! whoo hoo!)
I’ve had the whole week off! Spent it in sunny Spain. Except it rained all week.
Not only did I not get to leave early, but I was stuck out in the field so long that I got back to the office late. So I ended up leaving work a half hour later than normal.
Shit.
