Hey people, just thought I’d stop by and let those who know who I am or still remember me, know that I’m still alive… barely. I’m stuck here in 29 Palms, CA, and anyone who knows the area, knows that its a very depressing place. That being said… can someone come get me? Pleeeeeaaase. I need to get off base, I’m sick of this scenery, it sucks. Anyone who wants to, just reply to this post, and let me know the scoop. It’d be nice to meet some of you as well, as I’ve never met anyone from these boards in the past three years I’ve been registered. So please drop me a line. I need to get out of here, I’m desperate.

Aw, man, I’m sorry I’m not closer! I well remember how much Navy A-school sucked til I befriended people with cars. I’d be there in a heartbeat if I could.

On base = military, I assume? Or did you get a single and the next batter just keeps fouling them off?

I can’t offer advice, but I sympathize. I live on a military base too and there’s nothing to do here either. Offbase is an expensive foreign country that speaks a different language. So yeah, I can relate to you.
