I'm the most uncreative person EVER

First, I stole Geobabe’s idea about looking for a roommate and now I’m stealing Poysyn’s idea for coming up with a business name. I’m THAT uncreative.

I’m starting a pet sitting/house care service, focusing on cats

(because there is only one dog bldg. in our complex, but the rest of the bldgs allow cats and there’s about 12 bldgs with about 30 units per bldg)

I’m planning on offering the usual pet sitting services
for while owners are away, plus stuff owners don’t want or can’t do…nail trims, shave matted fur, give medication, change litter box…

But I need a clever name that’s not too “cute”

Anyone?

I think you have come to the purrfect place…

My bid is…Catnappers…

Homebuddies Pet Sitting?

I’ve always been fond of “Cathouse”

Our cat sitter calls her business “Kritter Kare” which makes me gnash my teeth.

How about “The Cat Nanny?” I like that. It’s not overly cute, it’s sorta got that “you cat is your baby” groove, plus it sounds like a person (not a corporation), and “nanny” has some cachet because it’s usually only the privileged who hire one.

How about “The Cat’s Meow”

Maybe “Just Cats”

How about “I Promise not to Kill Your Cat”?

While this is my favorite suggestion so far, I don’t really think its going to instill a lot of confidence in potential customers.

Dootin’ Da Doo doooooooooo…

FELINE GROOVY!

Joey, brilliant as always…except these are older folks who gripe if the grass isn’t cut at the exact same time every day, I don’t think they’ll get it.

I love it though…maybe…

Brilliant, Joey!

How about the elder-friendly “Feline Fine”?

Kitt’N Kaboodle?

Um…

Tastes Like Chicken?

-Syko

Meow Minder?
Whiskers Watch?
Purrfect Pal?

Or are all these in the “too cute” category?

(And before you get too attached to any one name, be sure and check your state’s business name directory, it’s difficult to be really original. Any name that sounds good might be already taken.)

Life on Paws

I don’t know about a name, but I’ve seen this saying here and there and it mught be cute on your business cards:

“dogs have masters, cats have staff”

BTW, you don’t by anu chance live in the Sydney area, we are looking for a kitty-sitter for this May.

How about Kitty Kare?
