I always wanted to name a cat Schroedinger and call him Ding for short, but the rest of the family never went for it. Perhaps you can succeed where I have failed.

Don’t go for the “Fuzzy” approach. Use something with class. This kitten is going to grow uo into a cat, and they like class.
Name it what you want to name it. It will barely tolerate whatever you use. Personally, I like naming them after good writers, first names not last.
