www.inkfrog.com is good - only space for six free images, but no resizing, tagging, breaking-of-animated-gifs, or other annoying jiggery-pokery.

I was just looking at their front page, though, and I’ll be damned if I can find the “free” signup again… I hope it’s still available.

I use Snapfish or ESmartWeb. Both allow remote linking, and lots of space.

www.lycos.co.uk also provides free image hosting and allows remote linking. 50 MB of space.
