In desperate need of work at home opportunity?

Does any one know of a real, work at home opportunity? I have worked on the road for many years, my wife has taken ill, and I am desperate to find a work at home opportunity, so I can stay close to her, please help if any one knows of anything. Thank You and God Bless!
