Can you name some? The article linked in the OP clearly stated that the video was alleged to be from North Korea, and it’s clear they were skeptical that it was from them. I did a search on CNN and couldn’t find any mention of the video at all.

And after the dream nuclear attack on the US (which was from North Korea), I’d say that people could be excused somewhat from jumping to the conclusion that this was as well, so I’m not seeing a heavy irony quotient here, to be honest…nor a real comparability between what’s fed to the North Koreans on a constant basis for the last half century and this. YMMV of course.
