The co-owner of the Chicago Reader (at least its for-profit arm), attorney Len Goodman, has authored an article in the Reader that denounces Covid-19 vaccination for children. It is full of the usual antivax glop/conspiracy theorizing, touts ivermectin and praises pseudoscientists (it also favorably cites Joe Rogan). Note the accompanying image of a child threatened by a giant syringe full of vaccine nasties.*

We should be grateful that the Straight Dope is no longer owned by the Reader, as it lessens the embarrassment of once having been connected to a publication whose quality standards have obviously plummeted.
*Scary Needle Stuff is a staple of antivaxers, and also of anti-GMO types, whose articles have routinely featured a gloved hand holding a syringe full of ominously colored fluid which is about to be injected into an apple.
