Brunette. Without question. And she was totally hanging all over Roy Orbison when he was singing Pretty Woman at the Boar’s Nest.
Jessica Simpson is NOTHING next to Catherine Bach.
Brunette for sure!
April Scott is no slouch, either.
don’t worry, people didn’t notice the hair.
Excuses will not be tolerated! We’re the same age (abouts) and Daisy Duke is a brunette.
Also, I’ve seen “Dukes of Hazzard.” The show was the source of much distress from my dad over my brother and I thinking it was cool to enter the car through the windows. But it was cool, dad, even though we never just landed smoothly into the car with a single hop the way Bo and Luke dude. We were tiny and crawled in ungracefully, and it was just awful. But still…
She had hair?
See post #15!
I’m younger than you, and even I know she’s a brunette. Even if my sister wasn’t an avid old TV watcher, I’d know it, since no person over 30 would stop using it as proof that the movie sucked.
We don’t need to use it as proof that the movie sucked. If no prior DoH had existed & the movie was the original version, it still would have sucked. Just not as hard. Same as if Nicholas Cage’s Wicker Man had been the first.
From your post, I didn’t know who she was but, coincidentally, I was about to pose the question:
“Did they use a blonde or a brunette in the direct-to-video sequels for the 200? Movie?”
. . . and I see that your April Scott is the actress who played Daisy Duke in the direct-to-video release that I was wondering about.
She was, properly, a brunette Daisy Duke.
An attractive young woman, but not sturdy enough for a Daisy Duke. You’re supposed to believe that Daisy can take care of herself when it comes to a rumble.
Ummm, why is the poll closed? I’ve never seen that before?
Catherine Bach is Daisy Duke. She was great at playing a super hot chick in short shorts who was at the same time really tough and reasonably wholesome.
Speaking of which…
Probably because it had to do with a Halloween costume.
Properly known as Daidy Duke Bermuda shorts.
Okay, proof was the wrong word. I agree with you 100%. I just meant that no one could complain about the movie without mentioning how wrong Jessica Simpson was for the role.
