Yesterday I was tooling about town and found, to my horror, “Licking Hole Road”.
A few minutes later I crossed “Backlick Road”.
Very weird. Made me giggle like a school girl.

Well, there is a faily well known street here called “Manlove”.
Also “Gaywood”, although it’s not as well known.

I lived off of Dicks Avenue in Philadelphia for 28 of my 35 years of life.
There’s a street in Oxford called Crotch Crescent. And a Monk’s Passage, too.

I can’t think of any more around here that sound pornographic, but another one that always cracks me up is Pope’s Head Road!

Exit 69 at the ring road around Detroit leads to Big Beaver Rd.
Well, I’ve seen the intersection of Gott & Hiscock.
There’s also a 2 block street called Gay Street. While that’s certainly not pornographic, a friend pointed out that all the houses have their front doors facing the intersecting streets, so not one has a Gay Street address. Wow…homophobic houses!

I still think that the intersection of the streets Seaman and Cumming in NYC is one of the funniest things I’d seen.

In Warrensville Heights, a suburb of Cleveland Ohio, there is a brown street sign saying Felch St.
Really.
Not only That, the yellow sign right across from it says No Outlet!

In the Downriver area, south of Detroit, two roads-- Dix and Champaign-- intersect.
The old Downriver joke is: Your mama lives off of Dix and Champaign.
Not a street, but a town in Indiana has the moniker, French Lick. :eek:
