There’s a “Spongebob Squarepants” episode where Pearl informs her dad that “cool” is no long, ahem, cool, and the word is now “coral.” After Mr. Krabs starts saying that, Pearl gets out her shell phone (ba-dump) and tells her friend, “‘Coral’ is not it.”

It’s almost a neat way to say relish. The word sounds like a spicy condiment, and having game sort of sounds vaguely related to being spicy.
