Incredibly obscure Polish/American song lyrics wanted.

During Poland’s 1980s Solidarity movement a local, now-defunct AM radio station played one song a lot, and I’m trying to find out more about the song and the singer. I can get to a piano to pick out the tune if needed, but this is the phonetic bit of lyric I remember:

Nelshka volshka, zelshki nevwa
She will survive, oh yes she will survive

Years ago someone told me that the “nelshka volshka, zelshki nevwa” bit was actual names but I’m not sure.

I’m not really expecting an answer but maybe someone remembers this…

Your song may be Bobby Vinton’s “She Will Survive,” also known as “Poland.” Vinton, known as “The Polish Prince,” held a telethon and raised money for the Polish solidarity movement. I believe the proceeds from sales of “She Will Survive” were used for this cause, also.

If anyone finds the lyrics to this song, I’d be curious to see them, though I only know a little more about Polish than to confirm that the OPs rendition of the lyrics is indeed phonetic; Polish doesn’t spell those sounds that way.
