Inscape graphics program ?

I am using Windows 7 and I have downloaded the Inkscape graphic program several times and I can’t get it to work. When I try to open it, this is what pops up.

*Inkscape.exe – application error

X the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)*
Can anyone tell me what my problem is?

There is mention of your error on the Inkscape answers forum; unfortunately, it looks like an unfixed bug… the advice appears to be ‘reboot and then it might work’.
