Insomnia question

Anybody know why, when you have insomnia and are laying there frustratedly awake all night, you finally fall asleep 30 - 60 minutes before the alarm? It never fails for me!

Because you’re totally exhausted at that point? Humans don’t do well on zero sleep so at some point your body gives in. Have you told your doctor about your insomnia? Chronic lack of sleep can cause serious health issues.

Who can say for sure? Speaking for myself, the mind can be a torture chamber and so one’s higher self has to do the necessary punishing in order to work out the nasty karma. And it sure as heck is no fun having to interact with people while trying to be friendly in such a frayed state of mind, made plenty of people mad when having gone night after night after night … and the patience finally hits the skids.:o

Uh . . .
