When I view Instagram on my PC, I can only look at photos of people I follow, but on my phone I can look at all posted photos even if I’m not following that person.
Is there a way to see the photos of people I DON’T follow on my PC?

Another Instagram question. I just want to be able to snap and post photos, no videos, with Instagram on my phone as I’m running about town. Why does the app require me to allow audio recording? When I deny that privilege it presents me with an uninstall option and does not allow me to use the app. I’m not (overly) paranoid but I don’t want the app listening on my phone mic. There seems to be no contact info for support/questions at the company.
