Well, IANAL, but there really is no single body of legislation governing ‘internet law’. Where to look for reference information is going to depend largely on jurisdiction for whatever your issue is. Without any further information though I’m afraid you won’t get much help. Can you at least outline the problem?

Internet “law” is largely like the law of the Old West. Hired guns patrol the various spreads of net realestate and enforce the will of the owner.
