Some people are looking for a penis; which is generally not visible on cats. Testicles are very visible on some full toms; less so on others, especially if there’s a lot of long fur, and not visible on neutered toms. Young toms, or ones neutered young, won’t have the thickened neck and swaggering movement that many full toms develop in their second year; and some full toms don’t develop much of that anyway.
