My iphone xswon’t get past the apple logo. Gives me error 2009 and 4013. I have not backed it up in quite awhile and would really like to get my photos out of it. What is the best way to try to this? Lots of software online. Quite a few data recovery places. What would give me my best odds? Also, the apple genius asked if I turn it off once a week to give it a break. Is this a thing? He said that might be the problem.
