iPhone - wrong contact info?

I unlocked my iPhone, and pressed “Phone.” It brought up the last contact that I had looked at. However, here’s the weird thing: the name at the top of the screen (in the blue bar) had one name, but all of the contact information was for a completely different contact. I believe this contact MAY have synced from Facebook, but I’m not completely sure. Has anybody else had this problem, or even heard of it anywhere? Thanks!
