I updated my iPod Touch with the new 3.0 software. Then i synced it, it said I had to restore the iPod, i tried to restore, it said it could not restore, and now the iPod won’t turn on at all. What’s going on?
The version in your applications folder is the new version; the one on your desktop is not. Delete the icon on your desktop, and copy and paste the new one from your apps folder to the desktop. This happened to me a couple days ago.
I’ve searched my applications folder, it’s not there.
Okay, try this:
Delete the iTunes program, and re-install it from the Apple website.
