If I attach my ipod to my brother’s computer, I assume that it will be recognized as “foreign” and no attempt will be made to sync. Correct?
It won’t sync, no. iTunes will treat it as a foriegn iPod and won’t let you do a damn thing without jumping through a few hoops – and you wouldn’t be able to do a full sync unless you let his iTunes treat your iPod as a new device and completely reformat it.
