Well that could very well destroy Iran’s credibility. I mean, any 3rd world dictatorship can get 3 missiles in the air but it takes a Real Power to muster that 4th one.
Maybe they wanted to see if they could get away with the first one. Next week, it will be 5 missiles and in a couple of years, they’ll have 100 in the air. That would spook the oil markets, drive up the price of oil even further, and make Iran more money to…build more real missiles…or buy more photoshop licenses. 
I seriously doubt the photoshop copy was licensed.
they’re probably using gimp, the cheap bastards.
Maybe they used GIMPShop instead.
