Seeing as how Iraqi dinars featuring Saddam are a hotseller now on eBay, is it possible for one to find these still at locations of currency exchange in the US? Are they still in circulation at these places? Thanks in advance.

Whenever a country undergoes a change, the old money is superceded by new. The old stuff, which quite often is hanging around in vaults in the millions of notes, is sold to some enterprising person, quite often in the US, who pays one to 10 cents/note. They then appear on the market at some later date.
Give it time. If you still care in 6-12 months, I’m sure I could get you notes by the hundred for a buck a piece or so. Past experience tells me this.
