Because I can’t.
Just tried. It came right up. FWIW.
Ditto.
I’ve been getting a lot of “A script has stopped responding, do you want to continue or cancel” (that’s paraphrased) when running gmail this morning.
When I was on dial-up at home, a long time ago in the dark ages (OK it was 3 weeks ago) I used to have problems “Loading the Page” or something like that, just about every time I tried logging on. Now, at 20 times the speed, I don’t have that problem any more.
You aren’t on (gasp!) dial-up are you?
Aw, hellz no! I’m on Comcrap.
For days, I have been unable to use the “compose” button.
I can “reply” and “forward”, but I can’t “compose”.
it just says “loading…” at the top, but never pops up the compose window.
Hmm. Mine’s fine?
I couldn’t either. It might have to do with gmail’s new user interface, or the fact that my safari browser just updated. In any case, I found that it would work if I logged in under the old user interface:
I have been unable to use the gmail.com page to get in here at work - I thought it might have been firewalled or something - but I can get in just fine via “My Account” on the google.com page.
