I’m a BLM supporter and have educated myself on what’s been going on this summer. I read several sources The Washington Post, New York Times, ABC News, and the local news in Chicago and Portland.
My comments were only addressing extremists on the Left and Right. Along with the criminal elements that are using BLM’s marches as an excuse to loot and vandalize.

I believe the first thing Biden should do is support limits on the Presidency by Congress. Executive orders, for example have been misused.
We have been through this. Reconstruction in the 1800’s did not run smoothly. My WAG is doing reconstruction in a more vindictive, thoughtless way would not yield better results.
It will take years to undo the damage of the present administration if Biden wins. Decades if there is a scenario like you propose. If Biden loses, all bets are off. I am looking for property in the mountains.

I’ve an acquaintenance who just finished reading Day of the Rope, which is apparently another name for The Turner Diaries. His evaluation of the book is that it’s great. When I asked him why he thinks that, all he can do is state again that the book is great. There is no critical thinking whatsoever involved, not even a perfunctory attempt at literary analysis. No doubt you can determine the reason he likes the book.

First, those countries mostly have serious shortages of affordable housing, and rentals get gobbled up quickly by word of mouth, and you’re not going to be in that loop.
Second, one of the first rights you will lose is transferring money, especially out of the country. Trat’s already heavily eroded and fraught with snags.
Must be nice to have the option - most of us will be stuck here. Between increased barrier to immigration and the pandemic there will be no escape if things get seriously ugly.
I seriously looked into that about a decade ago - it’s not nearly as easy as people think it is. Unless you want to live as an illegal alien on the fringes of society, subject to deportation if discovered.

And someone one of my roomies knows is gradually adding $25-50 bucks a week to their normal withdrawls and socking it away, to be manually transported elsewhere in emergency. He says he has connections in various places that he can run to [and a good sailboat, so he can simply claim to be going out for a day sail, whatever. ]
Well, we are refilling our canned/dry goods stockpile from what was used over the pandemic. We are doing it by adding an extra $50 a week to the groceries - including toothpaste, various types of soaps, antiperspirant, cleaning supplies, toilet paper/kleenex/paper towels and such. Got plenty of ammo for hunting or self defense purposes, grabbed new fishing line for both rods =) Other than making sure that the house and vehicles are in good maintenance, and we have some spare parts and supplies [oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, oil and air filters, fuses] we are pretty good. Shifting stuff from the barn to the house, and shifting some stuff into storage so in a pinch we will bail out of the farm to the house in western NY.
We are too old to qualify for labor emmigration anywhere - mid to late 50s, and mrAru is basically diesel/marine mechanic with plumbing and construction experience and works in quality assurance roles, not really high on anybodies list [and he only has a retired enlisted military pension, around 1k a month, really not on the self supporting list, when you factor in my medical needs!]

The likelihood the USA will not longer be a real democracy is a serious concern to me. It seems very likely now, and it affects me even though I’m Canadian. I am rearranging my retirement investments to get out of most American stocks and this will probably affects how I vote. I’m focusing my business efforts on clients who aren’t especially dependent on the American market. Obviously, visiting the USA isn’t even allowed right now, but that doesn’t matter.
I’m stocking up on basic supplies too.
Regrettably, the big things are not things I can personally control; Canada needs to significantly upgrade its defense and border control. Personally I’d be in favor of developing a nuclear weapons capability, but there’s no support for that.
I would strongly urge all my American friends here to please look into emigrating to Canada. It will be safer here, and we could use you, anyway. I acknowledge right now they might not even allow it but at some point I’m sure they will. Broomstick is correct in that it’s not an easy thing to do, legally speaking; all the more reason to start the process now. Don’t wait and end up in a refugee camp.
