I’ve had it happen on a few occasions. I wasn’t super happy, but if the lady in question was trying to prove a point, she failed miserably.
What I want to find is a book that is sort of a primer for a male Dom. All the books I’ve come across are oriented towards the female Domme.
My wife and I are exploring this whole thing, and I am hoping to get some reading in before our next session. My ex and I were into it as well, though to a lesser extent than my current wife (who appears to be into some humiliation… odd).

As for D/S, I personally only use a few of the toys (handcuffs, bondage tape)–for me, it’s mostly about the attitude, the talking, the idea of someone controlling me. Less about the humiliation aspect and more about the dominance/submission part. And pain is also secondary for me–it’s really more symbolic, less about seeing how much I can take.
