I searched on Amazon for CBD and all these hemp products came up so I ordered hemp infused water. It does seem to help my spinal stenosis back pain and leg muscles. There are 3 mg in each 16 oz bottle and I only down about half at a time. But is it equal to CBD? I’m a long way from an actual medical marijuana store but I could make the effort to find one if I’m not getting all the benefit I might get from actual CBD. I would appreciate some education on this.

Therapeutic concentration is usually 500mg to 1 gram in a 30 ml bottle of oil. 1 ml dose.
