Uh, you need to give up yours because Gyrate was pointing at the BASIC programming language, there are no GOTO commands in GOAT. Not even in the GOAT simulator. 
And if the reference you used was as an insult, some programmers refer to C or other advanced languages to be “Greatest Of All Time”, but not in a flattering way, BASIC is not usually the target for that. So, Yeah, you need to read a manual at your skill level.
