I didn’t post this in the pit, cause I’m not about to make a statement about whether or not war is right, or what I believe would be the correct thing to do. And I think it’s important to remember to laugh sometimes…

So, here I am watching Bush on tv, and am amused at the word choices he is using. He keeps saying that we will smoke the evil doers out of their caves and bring them to justice. I go visual on a large cartoon figure, with a cape, named Justice who is fighting the “Evil-Doers”.

justice: “Come, Yet To Be Name Sidekick, we have a job to do.”

YTBNS: “Yes, Justice!”

Also multi-tasking & had a laugh about “Evil doers,” too. I’m looking for comic relief everywhere. And that Bert with Usama poster really did for me. :slight_smile:

i’m with you on the bert thing. i’m starting to understand the “sneaking western idols into our arab world” thing now. kinda makes me snicker about the name of the show now. (open me) sesame street indeed. who is sneaking culture now?!?!
i thought the children’s appeal was a nice touch.

rocking chair, I agree that the appeal to kids was a good idea. BUT! How about all that cash going thru the mails?
