Is it me or is Adam Driver's whole career based on "look at it from the asshole's point of view!"

Just noting that I watched this last night on the recommendation - definitely worth the watch.

Glad you liked it!

I just watched this. It was quite entertaining. It was fun seeing (and hearing) Channing Tatum, Adam Driver, and Daniel Craig affect their West Virginia accents.

Added: I see I’m not the only one. Thanks, @garygnu .

Like several others in this thread, I also followed your recommendation for Logan Lucky and quite enjoyed it. The actors’ performances and dialog delivery really made the movie.

What’s up with that? I might have missed something while I was in the kitchen. Did “cauliflower” refer to something in particular, or is the joke that it’s so random?

IIRC, it’s the family’s code word for planning a job and they’re recruiting. Plus, it’s a funny sounding word.

Thanks!

See Harrison Ford in Apocalypse Now and he greatly resembles Driver.

I found this comparison photo, which is pretty amusing:

I mean, they did play father and son.

According to my genealogist sister, Adam Driver and I are 4th cousins once removed. We share a great-great-great grandmother.

He has a TED talk about his transition from Marine to actor, and his nonprofit “Arts in the Armed Forces”, which brings theater to the military.

Adam Driver as…Dark Helmet.
