I’ve been drinking EAS Soy Protein in the mornings for breakfast. I make it with a handful of strawberries and it makes a pretty good smoothie. What I really like about it is I am not hungry for 4 to 5 hours after drinking it. Is it okay to have only this for breakfast?
You should be asking this of your dietician or doctor. Only they can safely inform you of your dietary needs. You run a serious risk to your health if you follow advice from a bunch of strangers on a message board.
Look for a meal replacement product, what you’re using is a protein supplement nothing more.
