Is it too early to say Romney has lost?

You should point out to him Dick Morris’ prediction in the last election that Obama would win Arkansas and Wyoming.

I really, really want to lose this bet.

Left work early and voted in the basement of the UCC church across the street from us. Not too crowded. Our only wait was for the Board of Elections drone to find us in the big book. My wife and I got our ballots (optical scan), voted, and were out the door within ten minutes. Then my son, 16, and I did canvassing for Obama with another volunteer in a not-so-pleasant neighborhood of Cleveland for two hours until nightfall. It says something about how organized this campaign is, and how many volunteers it has, that we were going to houses that have already been visited twice today (but the residents therein had not confirmed that they’ve voted). Most folks still weren’t home, but we got a couple of “Oh, yeah, I voted!”

313 is** the mean of all simulations he runs.** If fact, Obama winning exactly 313 EVs is a likelihood Silver places as being somewhere around zero; there’s no likely combination of results that yields that result.

Silver’s LIKELIEST outcome, if he is correct in all states (granting he called Florida as too close to call) is 332-206 if Florida is recounted for Obama, 303-235 if recounted for Romney.

Mitt is projected to loose MI, Mass and NH where he has property or history.

Mitt is projected to loose WI where Ryan is from.

CNN has projected he’s toast.

Not any longer!

I am shocked, shocked that careful analysis of the polls has proven superior to the collective wisdom of the punditocracy.:stuck_out_tongue:

XT, I hear the fat lady singing now. Her name is Arethra Franklin.

They were right, it’s just that the election oversampled Democrats.

Apparently, it wasn’t too late to say he had lost.

Thread over.

Win.

McConnell fails in his most profound priority. He should resign in disgrace.

Someone needs to make a T-shirt with Obama’s winning electoral map and the words “Unskew This!!”

My thoughts exactly! :D:D:D

As I said to Omg this morning in this thread, “there’s a pretty major poll being taken today. Let’s see you unskew it.”

I’m not above gloating.

Not too early to say Romney has lost.

Good.

Apparently the Romney campaign’s answer at this hour: yes.

Three cheers, my friends, for the President of the United States!

You presume he has a sense of shame.

Cheers!

Or the decency to acknowledge things he said or did in the past were wrong.
