Well, I take your point, but I’m just wondering if this is one of those things where it’s sort of…I guess socially inept to mention it. Like if someone asks you what you like to do in your spare time, you could give the perfectly honest answer, which is watching porn and squeezing out your zits in front of the mirror, but it’s just creepy to say shit like that.
If watching porn and squeezing your zits is your favorite hobby, then it is likely best that you vacation alone!
There should be nothing embarrassing about enjoying spending time by yourself though, and no reason not to mention it to anyone. If they tell you that it’s weird, what’s the big deal? Maybe you like to vacation alone so you don’t have to worry about what anyone is thinking about you–basically, to take a vacation from their judging eyes.
