Is my internet speed as crappy as I think it is? Please test yours and check in

2.5/.50 on lousy ATT DSL. I get better speeds from hotel wi-fi when I go on vacation.

On fast.com my speeds range from 8.7 to 11 Mbps. I think that’s pretty horrible, yes?

Secondary question: If I call and complaint to my ISP, are they likely to have the ability to improve my internet speed in some way without bumping (selling) me up to another level?

I’d be interested in seeing what speeds you all are attaining on this site.

Fast.com shows me at 21. Speedtest.net shows me at 22.8.

I pay for 100 down with Comcast and routinely get about 120 down and 30-40 up. It’s plenty fast, but damn those fiber results are pretty amazing!

.25 yes POINT 25. We sometimes go up to 2.5 early morning middle of the week.

That’s Verizon. My Hughes.net got .75 on a good day.

Yipes. My phone got 2.2 on the LTE network testing it right now.
