Is Tapatalk dead?

Android phone.

I can read and browe SDMB using Tapatalk. I cannot, however, POST or Reply. It shows me as logged in.

I’m told in don’t have Permission to reply.

Is Tapatalk flaky or am I doing something wrong?

Try logging out, then back in. When Tapatalk starts acting weird on my S7 that usually works.

Also, I uninstalled the App. Will try again shortly.

Sometimes you have to clear the app cache as well.

Now that we have the new mobile-friendly theme I uninstalled Tapatalk from my Android and just use a Chrome shortcut to go directly to http://boards.straightdope.com/

As a logged-in member there’s no ads, no stupidity, and no funky US to learn. It just works.
