Who composed it? What’s it called? Where can I get it?

Now I’m still curious as to whether or not this really is the music from the Paper Mario (I’m 99.99% sure it is) and why they would choose such an obscure composition.

I was STUNNED when I saw that Paper Mario commercial, because it is definitely, without a doubt, the True Romance theme by Hans Zimmer. Since that is one of my all-time top five favorite movies, I am 100% sure about that.
I used to joke that wild, rambunctious little kids around five years old all have that music playing constantly through their heads when they’re running around and playing and being crazy. Maybe someone else at the Nintendo ad department had a similar idea.
